A leading construction materials company specializing in marbles tiles stones and other flooring products is looking for an experienced and skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of sales experience in selling related construction materials with a proven track record of leadership in managing a team of 23 staff members. They should be skilled in building relationships with site architects and key construction decisionmakers actively participating in field sales and consistently achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new markets/new partnerships/new ways to reach existing clientele
- Generate new sales leads through construction site visits and networking with architects managers of construction companies and construction industry players.
- Team management
- Driving customer acquisition and B2C sales
- Converting leads into sales.
Requirements
