Prepare review and process lease agreements renewals and terminations.
Ensure lease documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
Maintain an organized database of all lease agreements and rental records.
Communicate with tenants regarding lease terms rental payments and queries.
Address and resolve tenant concerns and complaints efficiently.
Monitor and process rental payments ensuring timely collections.
Follow up on overdue rental payments and issue arrears notices as needed.
Reconcile rental accounts and provide landlords with monthly statements.
Schedule and conduct property inspections for movein midterm and moveout reports.
Coordinate maintenance requests between tenants landlords and service providers.
Track and ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved promptly
Maintain and update rental listings and marketing materials.
Grade 12
Minimum 23 years of experience in a rental administration role.
Understanding of rental property regulations and industry best practices
Experience conducting property inspections
Proficient in MS Office
Valid drivers license and own transport essential
