You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dynamic and detailoriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our business objectives and technical solutions ensuring successful delivery of IT projects that align with our clients requirements. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements analyzing business needs and ensuring the final solutions meet the desired goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct detailed requirement analysis and create clear concise documentation including user stories use cases process flows wireframes and data models.
Work closely with development design and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Facilitate meetings workshops and discussions to define business problems and propose innovative solutions.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in current systems and processes.
Prepare and present proposals reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
Ensure project alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Assist in testing processes by providing acceptance criteria and validating the final solution.
Manage and track project requirements throughout the project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders as needed.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
Strong analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques documentation and tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Microsoft Visio).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT services.
