Staff Software Engineer 6 - 10years of experience as Icertis Developer

The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team is part of Payment Product Development (PPD) Technology team and is responsible for managing system requirements design development integration quality assurance implementation and maintenance of corporate applications. The team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry leading packaged software and customer developed solutions.

The candidate will work as part of the CLM team to build and support applications to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the contract lifecycle management business function. This role will participate in design development testing and support of CLM application and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in developing solutions in iCertiss contract lifecycle management modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop test document deploy and support high quality solutions on Icertis CLM platform
• Integrate Icertis CLM with MS Dynamics 365 CRM and other applications using Icertis connectors or by building custom solutions using webservices.
• Handson experience in coding architecture and designing solutions.
• Provide technical solutions for the business needs/requirements.
• Experience in at least 5 full life cycle enterprise application implementations
• Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging reuse eliminating duplicative components efficient architectural design.
• Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with different/competing timelines and demands.
• Flexible to work on Project Implementations Operations and Support activities.
• Help build Icertis capability setting up best practices coaching junior team members
• Work with limited direction usually within a complex environment to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels
• Coordinate with stakeholders for providing technical solutions for implementation and support related needs including working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance.
• Comfortable working with both technical and business staff and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance.
• Create technical documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Visas methodology for development installation and maintenance.
• Own critical Visa applications/services necessitating in coordination with teams in different time zones including during nonstandard hours as necessary.
• Updated with latest advances in Icertis and help business understand and use those features

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 10 years of relevant work experience in implementing Icertis CLM with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (or any other CRM system) and Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI CLM tool.
• Handson experience in implementing CLM integrations to other systems Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management Modules and customization
• Experience with C# or Visual Basic Visual Studio JavaScript Web Services ASP jQuery DB & SQL Server and CRM is preferred.
• Experience in Jira/Jira Align or TFS or Git hub.
• Preferably have experience in building database queries and procedures.
• Excellent process orientation planning organizational and problemsolving skills.
• Strong interpersonal facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve software development issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs providing the best solution to meet those needs.
• Driven and selfmotivated work creatively to solve challenging problems
• Willingness to work with different technologies
• Proactive thinking with a can do attitude and have outofbox thinking attitude.
• Experienced in collaborating with medium to large development teams distributed worldwide.
