About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Content Marketing & Organic Growth Intern to support our content SEO and digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain handson experience in content strategy search engine optimization (SEO) and audience engagement while working in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
As part of the team you will contribute to the creation optimization and distribution of content across multiple platforms ensuring our messaging is engaging consistent and aligned with our growth strategy. Youll also gain exposure to analytics competitive research and content performance tracking to help refine and improve our organic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Optimization
- Assist in writing formatting and publishing blog posts newsletters and other digital content.
- Support content localization efforts by identifying opportunities and coordinating with external teams.
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied to all content including keyword optimization internal linking and metadata updates.
- Help manage content updates across various platforms ensuring consistency and accuracy.
SEO & Website Growth
- Conduct keyword research and monitor rankings flagging significant trends or shifts.
- Assist in site audits to identify gaps optimize content and improve visibility.
- Monitor online reviews and ensure content and messaging remain updated across review platforms.
- Support CTA (calltoaction) creation and optimization for website and blog content.
Social Media & Audience Engagement
- Identify relevant industry news trends and insights to share across social media channels.
- Help repurpose content into engaging formats such as video clips infographics and social posts.
- Assist in community engagement efforts by monitoring comments and interactions on key platforms.
- Draft and schedule social media posts to support ongoing content initiatives.
Marketing & Growth Strategy Support
- Support content performance analysis by tracking engagement metrics and providing insights.
- Assist in competitive research to benchmark organic growth strategies.
- Help distribute content across channels including newsletters social media and website updates.
- Upload and optimize webinar content for distribution across the website YouTube and email marketing.

Requirements
- Able to sign an internship agreement with your university/business school
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Full time availability to do the internship
