Job Description

Title:  Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description: 

 

Summary 

  • We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Marketing & Executive Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and provide administrative assistance to the Sr. Director.  
  • This role involves executing marketing campaigns conducting market research and coordinating events while also handling administrative tasks such as scheduling correspondence and document management.  
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized adaptable and eager to gain handson experience in both marketing and executive support.  
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment and wants to develop their skills in a collaborative setting. 

Essential Duties 


Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

 

Marketing Support: 

  • Assist in the of marketing campaigns owning internal site content approach copywriting content creation 
  • Coordinate with internal & external vendors designers and copywriters to develop marketing materials 
  • Monitor sales team requests on Monday 
  • Be the point of contact for product label creation 
  • Support event planning and coordination for trade shows conferences and promotional events 
  • Administrative Support 
  • Manage Sr. Directors calendar (meeting coordination/scheduling) 
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings including agenda preparation and notetaking. 
  • Manage the  Roads AODoc folder

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field or equivalent working experience. 
  • 12 years of experience in marketing administrative support or a related role. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
