Youll play a key role in the Retail HR team as a strategic advisor to our Chief Operating Officer and the Customer Operations function supporting the leadership team to drive a customer centric culture and efficient function delivering great outcomes for our customers You will lead a team of brilliant HR Business Partners to deliver the annual people plan grow critical capabilities and optimise technology through the use of data and AI to enhance our customer experience. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices including strategic workforce planning reward leadership and talent development employee relations and organisational design. You should have strong commercial acumen a commitment to diversity and inclusion and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

We work on a hybrid basis. Youll need to be based near one of our sites (Cardiff Hove or Solihull) and anticipate regular travel to Cardiff (c23 times per month).
