Job Description
- You are the contact person for our restaurants and guests and support them with their questions and concerns (by phone email and live chat)
- You actively work on partner support topics in the UK and in our other markets if you speak another language
- As a customer service representative you form an interface between various internal departments restaurant partners and the field service
- You maintain the internal customer database (Salesforce)
Qualifications :
- You are communicative innovative friendly and always keep a cool head
- You think outside the box
- You enjoy dynamic processes and show a high level of flexibility in daytoday business and enjoy working in a team
- You are characterised by a positive attitude and solutionoriented behaviour
- Your way of working is structured and thorough
- You speak English (fluently) any of the following languages is a plus (Dutch Finnish German Turkish)
- Ideally you have some professional experience in the areas of existing customer service hotel or catering
