Job Description

Join our team and youll play a pivotal role in generating actionable labor market insights and driving thought leadership initiatives. 

Working in the Insights & Creation department you will work across departments to create impactful research content support brand communication strategies and establish Stepstone as a trusted voice in the world of work. 

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. 

Your responsibilities:  

  • Insights Generation: Manage research projects to uncover labor market trends producing datadriven insights and actionable recommendations. 
  • Data Storytelling & Thought Leadership: Translate complex research findings into compelling narratives that drive our content production enhance external communications and elevate presentations delivering lasting impact on our target audiences. 
  • Presentations: Represent Stepstone at national and international events by presenting findings in a clear and engaging manner. 
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales marketing and external stakeholders to align research outputs with business goals and create tailored content for different audiences. 
  • Networking: Build relationships with industry professionals media and academic communities to promote Stepstones thought leadership. 
  • Mentoring & leading: Oversee and mentor junior researchers ensuring high standards in methodology and . 

Qualifications :

  • A strong academic background with highly developed methodological skills is essential; a PhD in a relevant field (e.g. psychology sociology economics or political science) is preferred. 
  • Proven experience in labor market research HR or related fields. 
  • Strong skills in data analysis interpretation and turning insights into compelling stories. 
  • Experienced and confident in presenting to senior executives and diverse audiences including on stage. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities to engage with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Strategic KPIdriven mindset with exceptional capabilities to translate insights into impactful business strategies and outcomes. 
  • Experience managing research projects or mentoring team members. 
  • Fluent in German and English.
