Job Description

IFS Nordics is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our Nordic team.

As Sales Director focusing on leading net new sales you will be instrumental and accountable for IFS success in the Finnish market and be the IFS Nordic management representative and country lead in Finland. You will work proactively to ensure that IFS Nordic strategic targets are met together with the Nordic sales teams. You will coach and direct a way through your network and relations in the Finnish market.

You will be responsible for sales processes across different industries and expected to take a senior leadership role in these processes. An important part is to coach manage and lead the teams to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for developing business potential and achieving maximum efficiency according to IFS processes. In your role you will be working in close cooperation with our Customer Success organization.

You will have targets both within IFS Nordics as well as sales targets for Finland and report to Managing Director for IFS Nordics.


Qualifications :

We are looking for a person who:

  • Strong history of selling net new complex enterprise software (preferably ERP) as Sales Executive and Sales Director (people leading role).
  • Has an extensive relevant business network in Finland.
  • Holds good knowledge of the Finnish market in IFS focused industries.
  • Is used to Clevel communication and engagement.
  • Gets inspired by directing and coaching others.
  • Has ability to navigate in an international matrix organization and make best use of available skills from across the business when needed.
  • Proven ability in a sales management role.
  • Has knowledge of modern ERP systems.
  • Has strong commercial accountability.
  • University equivalent education in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English and Finnish language.
