Job Description
- Creating and publishing job postings on various platforms.
- Actively searching for and approaching potential candidates.
- Conducting job interviews and phone screenings.
- Managing and maintaining the applicant database (SmartRecruiter).
- Collaborating with departments to clarify job requirements.
- Conducting candidate selection processes and if necessary assessment centers.
- Supporting candidates throughout the entire application process.
- Preparing job offers.
- Utilizing and maintaining social media channels for recruiting.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations in the application process.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives.
The position can be performed at the Hanover and Karben locations
Qualifications :
- Completed studies in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in recruiting or a similar position.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with applicant management systems and social media platforms.
- Knowledge in conducting job interviews and selection processes.
- Knowledge of labor law and data protection is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good English and German language skills (written and spoken).
- High level of initiative and teamwork skills.
