We re seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Media Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of video and photography projects ensuring smooth from preproduction to final delivery. Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Planning
- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of media production projects ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules tracking progress from preproduction to postproduction.
- Collaborate with creative teams producers and clients to align project objectives and expectations.
- Assist in the development of project proposals budgets and contracts.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between all stakeholders.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients understanding their goals and requirements.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate feedback loops ensuring revisions and approvals are managed efficiently.
Logistical & Production Support
- Organize and schedule shoots including securing locations booking equipment and coordinating talent or crew members.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits contracts and legal documents for production.
- Ensure all production assets and materials are ready before the .
- Troubleshoot logistical challenges ensuring a seamless production process.
PostProduction & Quality Control
- Track project milestones and deadlines ensuring timely delivery of final assets.
- Work closely with editors and postproduction teams to meet client specifications.
- Review deliverables for quality accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Maintain proper documentation and archival of project files.
Requirements
MustHave:
- Minimum 24 years of experience in project coordination or production management ideally within media creative or video production industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience coordinating video production photography or creative content projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello Monday) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive approach.
NicetoHave:
- Knowledge of media production workflows including preproduction filming and postproduction processes.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Premiere Pro After Effects) or similar tools.
- Familiarity with budgeting invoicing and vendor management.
- Experience in handling contracts permits and licensing for media projects.
