Job Description
Camelback Roofing is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our expanding sales team. With a solid administrative foundation and a growing clientele were poised for continued success and are eager to welcome dynamic sales professionals on board.
Position Summary:
As a Roofing Sales Representative youll be at the forefront of our growth efforts driving sales and establishing lasting relationships with homeowners in need of roofing solutions. Your role will encompass canvassing networking conducting inspections and closing deals playing a vital part in our mission to deliver topnotch service and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in doortodoor appointment setting and inhome sales consultations with homeowners requiring roof repairs or replacements.
Perform roof inspections and assessments to identify repair or replacement needs.
Collaborate with insurance adjusters homeowners and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
Utilize networking strategies including participation in business networking groups to generate leads and expand the client base.
Present and negotiate proposals ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the sales process.
Provide ongoing support and communication to clients from initial consultation to project completion.
Requirements:
A driven and selfmotivated attitude with a strong work ethic aimed at achieving significant results and income.
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day often in varying weather conditions.
Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends and company processes.
Preferred: Previous experience in sales especially in related fields such as roofing construction or home services or a background in customerservice industries like restaurant or retail.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $35000 $45000 per year.
Commission: 36 commission on signed contracts focused around Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). With the average roof costing about $13000 and sales representatives completing 48 projects per month earning potential is substantial. Notably highperforming representatives have the potential to sell 1015 or even 20 roofs in a month reflecting their strategic approach and drive.
Training: Comprehensive 30day paid training program with handson guidance from industry experts.

Work Schedule: Fulltime position with seasonal fluctuations; flexibility is required to accommodate customer schedules.
