The Product Governance Analyst is pivotal in ensuring Beyond Banks products shine. They expertly manage product governance conduct thorough reviews and enhance processes to mitigate risks. By cultivating strong stakeholder relationships they ensure smooth operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
In the role you will
- Conduct thorough product reviews to ensure compliance and regulatory excellence.
- Manage Target Market Determination (TMD) reviews and documentation.
- Address targeted governance reviews prompted by legislative changes.
- Ensure products shine by adhering to various legislation codes and requirements.
- Keep product documentation fresh and uptodate from terms to brochures.
- Be the catalyst for product changes and support key external relationships.
- Actively manage risks and controls to keep the product team on track.
- Champion product lifecycle maintenance including rationalization and simplification.
- Navigate daily operations and swiftly handle product enquiries from other business units.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to enhance product offerings and delivery supporting team and business needs.
