Bellman

We are seeking a professional and friendly Bellman to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Bellman you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their stay.

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with their luggage upon arrival and departure
• Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and directions
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel services
• Assist with valet parking services and manage the flow of vehicles at the hotel entrance
• Coordinate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle guest requests efficiently and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas
• Assist with special events or VIP arrivals as needed
• Ensure the security of guest belongings and maintain confidentiality of guest information
• Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide uptodate recommendations
• Adapt to changing situations and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry preferably in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on detail and guest satisfaction
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle luggage
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Familiarity with local customs culture and attractions in Jeddah and surrounding areas
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
• Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to guest service
• Adaptability to changing situations and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of basic safety and security procedures
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is a plus
