We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing internal and external communications coordinating public relations efforts and ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills excellent project management abilities and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to support company objectives.
- Draft and edit internal and external communications including press releases newsletters and corporate materials.
- Coordinate media relations including responding to inquiries and maintaining relationships with journalists.
- Assist in organizing and executing company events conferences and presentations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to improve communication efforts.
- Manage communication projects and ensure timely .
- Support crisis communication strategies as needed.
Qualifications :
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in corporate communications public relations or a similar role.
- Strong writing editing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Experience with event planning and media relations is a plus.
