Role: Senior MES IT Support Consultant
Location: Albany NY

Were looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our Manufacturing Systems in pharmaceutical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead MES operations and continuous improvement
Provide technical support for MES applications
Monitor and maintain system performance
Manage user accounts and permissions
Collaborate with IT manufacturing and QA teams
Experience:
10 years in IT support within MES or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with MES software solutions and ERP integration
Proficiency in troubleshooting and database management (SQL)
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
