To drive the operational integration of strategic sales directives for Vehicle and Asset Finance (VAF) in the Personal and Private Banking segment. This position will support the VAF New Business Sales Team Branch Network Personal and Private Banking as well as the Dealer network with optimal achievement of business attraction retention and expansion targets. To execute the sales plan and strategy for the PPB VAF Segment. Responsible for the leadership growth and development of the VAF Sales and Personal and Private Banking teams.

Experience:
57 years: Experience in managing a sales team in financial management which includes budgeting financial assessments exposure to Credit account management and Retail Banking. Experience in data analysis portfolio management and knowledge of all asset products (i.e. Personal loans Credit Card VAF and Home Loans).
