The CRM Assistant / CRM Specialist facilitates CRM activities to analyze and manage CRM data working with the boutiques Retail Support and Marketing team and HQ.
CRM Data Management and Analyze
- Participate in customer databases cleaning. Ensure regular cleaning actions of the subsidiaries.
- Track CRM actions and results with the markets. Follow up with the markets on all activations and results.
- Extract CRM reports based on market needs and demands.
- Create digital templates. Coordinate with the digital agency and the markets the creation of digital newsletters.
Support for CRM operations in Retail team
- Implement training program to boutique staff to ensure collection of CRM data.
- Provide necessary support to boutique staff.
Qualifications :
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is a must.
- Past experience in retail business are welcome.
- Ability to read and speak French are preferred.
