Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detailoriented product assistant to join our dynamic team.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify user needs and market trends.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and new features.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including development marketing and sales to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Maintain and update product documentation including user guides release notes and FAQs.
- Manage product backlogs and assist in prioritizing tasks and features.
- Participate in agile sprints and scrum meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of product updates.
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the Product Manager in daytoday tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous experience in a product support or assistant role preferably within the Telemobile Industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
