Job Description

The Account Executive IV Card Services will drive growth and revenue through expert consultation and direct strategic sales within the financial services sector. This highly skilled individual will leverage deep knowledge of card programsincluding credit debit prepaid and ATM servicesand sales acumen to engage with financial institutions deliver impactful presentations and ensure the seamless implementation of complex card service solutions. This is a clientfacing role that requires both strategic vision and tactical expertise in the payments industry strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally to support business objectives.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in a high level of prospecting activities: lead generation qualifying prospects discovery and demonstrating solutions to prospective clients. Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations for all Card Services Solutions. 50
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clevel executives identifying new business supporting client retention and crossselling opportunities. 20
  • Analyze programs products and solutions in order to understand the key painpoints needs and opportunities with clients and prospects. 15
  • Serve as a subject matter expert offering insights into market trends competitive strategies and innovative payment solutions. 10
  • Transform industry insight into value propositions that leverage Vericast capabilities as solutions for our clients. Develop a resource of relevant industry reports highlighting valuable statistics to be used as proof points. 5

Qualifications :

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or other relevant field of study (Required)

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years in the payments or card services industry with demonstrated success in clientfacing sales or program management roles.
  • 10 years of experience in Quota carrying role.
  • Proven track record in managing complex financial services projects and engaging with seniorlevel executives.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Ability and willingness to travel 50 or more including overnight trips to client sites and industry events.
  • Ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products/services.
  • Adapt easily to change including the market products and internal company initiatives.
  • Deliver formal/high impact presentations to clients and internally as needed.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and outside.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly developed client solution selling and targeting skills; needs very little support from management to sell or close business.
  • Innovative analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Manage client expectations.
  • Proficient at solution selling and closing opportunities.
  • Show a consistent track record of success in achieving and exceeding annual quota and business objectives.
  • Strong skills in: problem resolution overcoming objections initiative conceptual selling presentation delivery negotiation innovation and managing multiple priorities.

This individual has contact with current clients prospective clients strategic partners and various employees within the following processes: Sales and Marketing Card Services Creative and Project Services.

Position requires above average judgement and decisionmaking ability.


Additional Information :

Base Salary: $116000 $142000

Total compensation for position includes a generous commission program.

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level cost of living experience and responsibilities.
