Job Description
Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process compliance and audit Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management Driving CI culture implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team Deep expertise in a particular process or field End to end payroll knowledge and Ensure that team members are aware of process / Tesco related updates First line team supervisory responsibility on process mentoring on the job training coordinating and communicating Maintain relationships with multiple partners handle customer issues within process Solves complex operational problems Ensuring all amendments processed by the team are in compliance to UK Legislation and Tesco policy and meet agreed TAT along with accuracy target of 99.50 To ensure that the process is audit ready at all times.
Qualifications :
Adv MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint EyetoDetail Planning & Organising Process Mapping Tools and Techniques Problem Solving Process Coaching Train / mentor new joiners & upskill all colleagues regularly. Subject Matter Expert for all queries Create periodic review packs for Service Management reviews. Conduct periodic assessments for Knowledge management. 1st validation / approval layer of off cycle payments. Review & implement process specific controls
Background of working in Payroll environment is desirable though its not a must. Background of working in Payroll &/or HR Admin environment (mandatory). Should have a min of 3 years of experience in Payroll (mandatory). Should have experience in driving Continuous Improvements and end to end process flows (desirable).
