The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Crown Melbourne Team. This is a diverse role that will be involved in key revenue generating projects across our Melbourne property. Tasked with being a trusted advisor and helping assist the business in achieving financial targets. You will be responsible for;
- Prepare and distribute business unit/department specific financial analysis and management reporting on a timely basis and in accordance with required frequency (i.e. Weekly Monthly quarterly etc.
- Prepare financial analysis to support business case initiatives and track costs and benefits where required.
- Support the manager to prepare and deliver Property and business units annual budget and forecast.
- Develop strong relationships with business unit leaders provide tailored financial support and understand key business drivers.
- Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives including automation of reporting and reduced number of manual reporting.
About you
This an exciting opportunity to have genuine commercial impact on the Crown Resorts Property. You will be an experienced financial professional capable of offering key support to a variety of business units across our property. Passionate about unpacking complex business cases and helping the company achieve financial goals You will also have;
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- CPA ACCA or equivalent qualification or working towards.
- experience in related Finance Business Partnering Commercial Finance or FP&A roles.
- Experience in related fields would be advantageous hospitality hotels and property services
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to relay business strategy
- Previous experience partnering with department leads and business unit leads.
