Job Description
- Front desk reception: greeting patients with warmth and professionalism booking appointments answering phone calls and patient queries delivery outstanding patient care
- Assisting with administrative duties such as billing maintaining patient records data entry
- Fulltime position 4 days per week 7:305:30pm)
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in reception and administrative duties (ideally in a dental or specialist setting)
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- A high level of empathy and someone who thrives when working with people
- A professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn take on feedback and work effectively in a team environment
- Confidence in delivering and talking payments
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service and patient care
