Reporting to the VP Americas Sales we are seeking a highly motivated Partner Manager to drive growth through our reseller network and leverage relationships with OEM mobile device partners to grow our joint business and generate referrals within the Americas sales territory. This role is key to expanding Trustonics presence forging strategic partnerships and enabling sales success through our partner ecosystem.
As a Partnerships Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Existing Partnerships: Overseeing current partner relationships to ensure they are effective sustainable and aligned with the companys objectives.
- Developing New Partnerships: Identifying recruiting and negotiating deals with new partners to expand the companys reach and capabilities.
- Collaborating CrossFunctionally: Working with sales marketing product and development teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure successful integration and of partnership initiatives.
- Driving Partner Engagement: Creating and implementing strategies to engage partners including onboarding training and comarketing campaigns to maximize mutual benefits.
- Monitoring Performance: Tracking and analysing partnership performance ensuring alignment with business goals and making datadriven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Strategic partner prospecting: grow Trustonics partner ecosystem within strategic markets within the territory.
- Regional Strategy: Understanding regional macro and micro channel structures and routes to market total addressable market analysis of regional and country opportunities linked to partners and potential customers

Experience
- preferred experience in mobile device hardware or software ecosystem and / or cybersecurity hardware or services
- demonstrable Partner Management experience at a Technology company
- Relevant Industry experience
- Background in Sales Business development or Customer success
- Experience in managing projects or coordinating crossfunctional teams
Knowledge
- must have a strong understanding of mobile device ecosystem service providers and mobile app protection
- must have a strong understanding of security solutions
Qualifications :
- Degree MBA or relevant experience
