Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in Croatian.
  • Assist travelers with bookings reservations changes cancellations and general travelrelated questions.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about travel policies services and offers.
  • Resolve customer complaints with a professional and solutionoriented approach.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update the internal database.
  • Adhere to company policies and service quality standards.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Fluent in Croatian (written and spoken) Native or nearnative proficiency.
  • Good command of English Basic communication in English is required for internal communication.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Passion for customer service and travel A proactive and positive attitude towards assisting customers.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service tourism hospitality or a similar field is a plus but not a must!
  • Basic computer skills Comfortable using customer support systems and software.
