Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in Croatian.
- Assist travelers with bookings reservations changes cancellations and general travelrelated questions.
- Provide accurate and timely information about travel policies services and offers.
- Resolve customer complaints with a professional and solutionoriented approach.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the internal database.
- Adhere to company policies and service quality standards.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Fluent in Croatian (written and spoken) Native or nearnative proficiency.
- Good command of English Basic communication in English is required for internal communication.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Passion for customer service and travel A proactive and positive attitude towards assisting customers.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service tourism hospitality or a similar field is a plus but not a must!
- Basic computer skills Comfortable using customer support systems and software.
