Job Title: Automation Analyst
Location: Remote (MST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:
The Automation Analyst will assist in building monitoring and troubleshooting automated workflows for clients. This role requires familiarity with Make and Airtable and a proactive approach to resolving issues. The successful candidate will work closely with the hiring manager to implement and maintain automation solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Building Automation Flows:
- Use Make to create workflows based on designs provided by the hiring manager.
- Collaborate to ensure workflows meet client requirements and function seamlessly.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor automated workflows for errors or failures.
- Troubleshoot and fix errors promptly implementing mitigations to prevent recurrence.
- Identify areas for improvement in current workflows and propose solutions.
Client Support:
- Provide support and insights to clients regarding the effectiveness of automation workflows.
- Document workflows and updates to ensure transparency and ease of understanding.
Technical Documentation and Learning:
- Maintain detailed records of workflows changes and resolutions.
- Stay updated on Make and Airtable advancements to enhance capabilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Familiarity with Make (nocode automation platform) and Airtable (database and integration platform).
- Proficiency building user interfaces with Glide Apps
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple workflows.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
NicetoHaves:
- Prior experience in automation or workflow management.
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining successful workflows.
- Experience working in a clientfacing role
