Client Servicing: Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Account Maintenance: Ensure accurate and uptodate client account information including closures and modifications.
Transaction Processing: track and coordinate client transactions such as cash movements securities settlements and corporate actions.
Compliance and Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements internal policies and procedures identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients internal stakeholders and external partners to promote business growth and retention.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client servicing reduce risk and increase operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as operations compliance and sales to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
Knowledge Sharing: Stay uptodate with industry developments regulatory changes and internal procedures sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Skills:
Minimum 23 years of experience in client servicing operations or a related field preferably in a custody or capital Market environment.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel Word and Outlook.
Knowledge of custody operations securities and financial markets.
