- Proven experience in customer service and social media management preferably in a socially impactful sector
- Advanced proficiency in managing various social media platforms for business purposes with a keen eye for engagement opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences
- Creative flair for producing engaging and relevant content that resonates with the disability community and their supporters
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices particularly in the context of social services
- High level of empathy and sensitivity when dealing with diverse audiences especially those affected by disabilities
