Job Description
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) /PGT plans and teaches lessons to students in a specific subject. They are responsible for creating a positive learning environment and helping students develop their skills.
Responsibilities
Plan prepare and deliver lessons
Assess and evaluate student progress
Maintain discipline
Encourage critical thinking
Communicate with parents
Take remedial and extra classes
Prepare students for competitions
Participate in extracurricular activities
Organize and supervise field work
Supervise students language laboratory
Qualifications
A bachelors degree in a relevant subject
A B.Ed. degree
Subject expertise
Proficiency in pedagogy
Strong communication skills
Classroom management skills
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Other considerations
Adaptable to learning environments
Supportive of responsibilities
Willing to conduct classes online and onsite

Expressive with good communication skills
Additional duties
Observe and understand students behavior and psyche
Report suspicions of neglect abuse etc
Developing a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children. Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc. to teach children. Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
