Job Description

Job Summary:
Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills Do you thrive in high

our team as a Business Manager managing the office of our CEO. This pivotal role offers the
opportunity to support the CEO's vision ensure seamless executive operations and make a
significant impact on our company's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and :
Partner with the CEO to develop and implement forwardthinking business strategies.
Monitor and report on the progress of highimpact strategic initiatives and projects.
Conduct indepth research and analysis to inform strategic decisionmaking processes.
Project Management:
Lead and manage crossfunctional projects from conception through successful
completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines and budgets.
Ensure project objectives are achieved within scope time and budget constraints.
Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Foster effective communication and collaboration between the CEO and various
departments.
Coordinate and manage executive meetings including preparing agendas and ensuring
followup on action items.
Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders ensuring
alignment and smooth interactions.

Operational Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the CEO's office ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage the CEO s calendar appointments and travel arrangements with precision.
Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare compelling presentations insightful reports & professional correspondence for
the CEO.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of meetings decisions and projects.
Track & analyze key performance metrics related to strategic initiatives to drive
continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management or a related field from a
toptier institution.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or project management
roles.
Proven track record in managing executive offices or working closely with senior
leadership in highperforming organizations.
Extensive experience in strategic planning and .
Skills:
Exceptional project management skills with a proven history of delivering complex
projects successfully.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a strategic mindset.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills capable of influencing and engaging
stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized detailoriented and proactive in managing multiple priorities in a fast
paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and advanced project
management tools.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Preferred from IT Staffing Experience background Administration, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology staffing or contingent staffing, preferably within an agency setup. Strong experience working with SIs and GCCs, managing large-scale technology hiring. Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and achieving targets. Skills: Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies across various domains. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and talent assessment capabilities for technology roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Proficient in using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and job boards for technology hiring. Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience in bulk hiring for technology projects. Certifications such as LinkedIn Recruiter or technical hiring courses.
