Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an Order Management Representative to support our fastgrowing operations with experience in a relevant field such as sales sales operations or customer support. This candidate must be an excellent communicator comfortable working with our customers and partners to facilitate a smooth sales process. Additionally this person will work extensively with our Sales & Commercial Finance / Accounting Supply Chain and other crossfunctional peers.

Requirements
- 3 years experience in a related sales customer service or order fulfillment field (finance business analytics sales operations etc.
- Functional experience using SalesForce or other CRM systems
- The ability to work effectively with Excel (formulas) and Google Suite is key
- Strong communication (verbal written) and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a crossfunctional environment
- A proactive positive individual with attention to detail and comfortable multitasking on a daily basis
- Processoriented and makes datadriven sound decisions
- Must be able to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
