Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an Order Management Representative to support our fastgrowing operations with experience in a relevant field such as sales sales operations or customer support. This candidate must be an excellent communicator comfortable working with our customers and partners to facilitate a smooth sales process. Additionally this person will work extensively with our Sales & Commercial Finance / Accounting Supply Chain and other crossfunctional peers.

As an Order ManagementAccount Services Specialist you will:

  • You will support internal and external customers by:
    • Performing order fulfillment activities of all eligible products
    • Reviewing customer accounts for accuracy and completeness to ensure customer requests and changes are processed correctly
    • Ensuring all customers distributors and partners are uptodate with compliance documentation
    • Facilitating dispensary distributor and partner support and order fulfillment on a daily basis using available resources and tools
    • Completing and managing daily global operational account activities (creation maintenance troubleshooting) in systems of record for all customers distributors and partners
    • Providing crossfunctional support when necessary (shipment support and tracking RMAs open/past due invoice collection)
  • Possess the ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment; ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a full understanding of an area of specialization.
  • Communicate effectively and positively under challenging circumstances.
  • Be flexible listen assess and reprioritize daily as the work may fluctuate between quick resolution or lengthy negotiation.
  • Use a curious mindset to think critically troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  • Promote internal and external adoption of our B2B sales portal facilitate the onboarding and training of our customers for the best possible user experience.
  • Ensure all new accounts uploaded to SFDC/SOR.
  • Work closely with Global Supply Chain to ensure partner product availability/shipping requirements.
  • Utilize CRM ERP and Business Tools as part of daily activities.
  • Influence business tool requirements to effectively drive continuous improvement and automation of processes and systems.
  • Ability to work independently on required projects as well as collaboratively with other teams.
  • Outside resource/vendor supervision.
  • Supporting consumable business growths.
  • Purchasing / order management TBD.


Requirements

  • 3 years experience in a related sales customer service or order fulfillment field (finance business analytics sales operations etc.
  • Functional experience using SalesForce or other CRM systems
  • The ability to work effectively with Excel (formulas) and Google Suite is key
  • Strong communication (verbal written) and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a crossfunctional environment
  • A proactive positive individual with attention to detail and comfortable multitasking on a daily basis
  • Processoriented and makes datadriven sound decisions
  • Must be able to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
