Job Description

Work Setup: Onsite (Ayala)

Shifting Schedule: DayShift

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years general accounting work experience.

Responsibilities:

Fixed Assets Count Reconciliation
Prepares annual inventory reconciliation report for company sites
Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances
Generate and prepare FA register per site as input to the physical count process
Monitoring inventory transactions
Reconcile count to book balance (FA register/Fixed Asset Module)
Prepare adjusting journal entries as needed (asset transactions)
