Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work closely with our clients to understand the extent of their injuries negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel and represent our clients in court. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases including auto accidents slip and falls premises liability claims and wrongful death cases. Drafting demand packages negotiating and settling cases networking with doctors reviewing cases and making recommendations to clients sitting in on statements and EUOs legal research and legal writing. Work with experts from various medical and other disciplines assist with report drafting deposition preparation etc. Oncall rotation to take new client calls.
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. 1 years of presuit personal injury experience preferred but not required. Experience drafting and responding to motions. Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. Exceptional attention to detail strong writing and legal research skills. Great attorney work ethic.
