Job Description

Our team members work in cross functional teams in projects on different scales in various industries. Their main responsibility is to ensure exceptional software quality through utilizing the best practices in all phases of software development in order to ensuring functionality performance and reliability of applications. With deep knowledge of various types of applications databases and operating systems they maintain high standards of product excellence and user satisfaction.

We are looking for a Digital Workspace Support Engineer to join our Applications Management team in Bucharest. Applications management involves overseeing the lifecycle of software applications including deployment monitoring maintenance and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively.


Qualifications :

The Digital Workspace team is responsible for delivering the digital environment in which employees interact with technology to work effectively and efficiently. The focus is on providing a secure userfriendly experience by integrating appropriate technologies applications and devices. The team aims to enhance collaboration communication and productivity within the clients global workforce whilst supporting the clients goals and objectives. 

Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  • Provide and support collaboration tools including email instant messaging video conferencing and collaborative document editing
  • Provide training to endusers on digital tools applications and best practices
  • Offer technical support for digital workspacerelated issues and inquiries
  • Working within an ITIL framework
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven experience supporting the Microsoft collaboration stack: MS Teams M365 ADFS EntraID MS System Center MS Dynamics CRM MS PowerApps
  • Knowledge of Apple iOS iManage Work  HP/Dell EUC desired
