Primary Technical Skills Datacenter and Cisco ACI
Secondary Skill Citrix Load Balancers
• Plan Design Implementation projects for Datacenter Campus LAN and WAN networks with
focus on Cisco ACI
• Lead a team of engineers guide them on technical front and ensure timely service delivery
• Handle critical and complex issues by working closely with vendors and other internal teams
• Thorogh understanding of Change Incident and Problem Management processes
• Performing network maintenance tasks like software and hardware upgrades
• Installing and troubleshooting of Datacenter Network Infra comprised of Nexus 2k Nexus 5k
Nexus 7k Nexus 9K Cisco ASA and Cisco 6500 series switches
• Should have a good understanding of the service components like Firewalls and Loadbalancers
in the Datacenter.
• The candidate should lead the projects and/or contribute actively to the team working on specific
assignments/projects.
• Effectively communicating with vendors suppliers and service providers
• Working on networking storage virtualization and security
• Providing 24 X 7 support and quickly addressing and resolving tickets
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMWare is essential.
• Good understanding of SAN is a plus. The candidate should have a fair understanding of storage
technologies like zoning vSAN.
• Knowledge of Service provider MPLS/MPBGP networks is a big plus.
• Should be a good team player and ability to multitask.
• Experience in the virtualization components – VMWare/HyperV etc.
• Experience in designing and deploying VDC VPC OTV Fabric path FCoE and Multitenancy
in the datacenter.
• Experience working with Cisco software and the basic understanding of the product software
lifecycle.
• Knowledge and experience with EIGRP OSPF ISIS BGP protocols
• Knowledge and/or experience discussing/designing/implementing SP backbone technologies like
MPLS/BGP L3VPN would be a big plus.
• Knowledge on Citrix Load Balancers like SDX VPX etc..
• Knowledge on converged infrastructures
• CCNA/CCNP Datacentre is an added advantage"
