The role is responsible for analysis and insights to support the Business Transformation Project change initiatives across the Personal Injury Division brands within MedHealth as well as leading the BA team within the project.
Ensures connection between the business requirements and delivery in medEbridge. Supports the project leadership in managing the messaging to and from the business and delivery squads.
Key Duties
- Lead the BA team and work seamlessly with Product Owners
- Work with Program team members and the business to deliver a consistent process for process design including approach documentation and methodologies.
- Work with BO to Identify all requirements definition and detailed design work defining and documenting the scope and detail of the functional solution (build or config)
- Work with Change and Comms to help support identification of CIA / TNA needs
- Align the functional needs and strategic needs (VCP) of all business stakeholders

- Interpreting the needs of the business and ensure that teams are delivering. Where there are gaps closing those gaps by working with business leaders to determine appropriate solutions.
- Identify dependencies across the program specifically between the business build config and data streams and work with streams to ensure delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders fostering a culture of open communication and transparency

Qualifications :
- Proven experience delivering complex projects that involve interactions with several systems across internal staff and external suppliers/customers
- Data migration experience is highly desirable.
- Superior stakeholders skills and ability to engage with business at varying levels.
- High level of communication skills using a myriad of channels.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problemsolving skills in a commercial environment
- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels of hierarchy (e.g. ranging from GMs to Case Managers)
- Ability to produce and present data and insights.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately with high attention to detail.
