Summary of Position: The Customer Service Representative (Accepting Orders) will be responsible for handling customer inquiries processing orders and ensuring a seamless online ordering experience. They will act as the main point of contact between customers and the kitchen team to guarantee accurate and timely service.
The role will require the employee to;
- Manage multiple customer interactions efficiency.
- Be proactive in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accuracy in processing orders and updating records
- Adapt to the company s online ordering systems and procedures.

Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Communications Customer Service or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using online ordering systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swahili (if required).
- Prior experience in customer service or order management is preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service retail or order management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and online ordering platforms.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries professionally.
