Job Highlights:

- Schedule: Thursday-Monday 9AM-1PM and 1PM-5PM EST (20 hours per week)
Overview: We are looking for two (2) detail-oriented Customer Service Assistants to support our U.S.-based client. You will help create magical experiences for families by assisting with ticket changes resolving escalated issues and coordinating with our U.S. store teams to ensure smooth day-to-day are looking for detail-oriented proactive and empathetic individuals who can jump in immediately and deliver world-class service from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email delivering fast friendly and effective support.
Manage ticket-related requests such as:
Late arrivals and no-shows
Rescheduling or canceling tickets
Day-of support and error resolution
Resolve escalations by investigating guest issues coordinating with store teams corporate team and offering proactive solutions.
Partner with on-site staff at U.S. stores to coordinate last-minute changes and support time-sensitive needs.
Track update and resolve open customer cases maintaining clear documentation and timely follow-up.
Recommend products and experiences based on customer needs and age ranges using internal knowledge and tools.
Navigate multiple systems efficiently while staying customer-focused at all times.
Maintain strong communication with your remote team using tools like Slack Zoom and internal ticketing systems.
Requirements
You have 1 years of experience in a customer support or contact center role (U.S. retail or e-commerce experience is a plus)
You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and able to handle customer calls and written messages professionally
You re comfortable working across U.S. time zones especially evenings and weekends
You re calm under pressure and skilled at resolving issues independently
You work well with cross-functional teams and are confident reaching out to partners or leadership for support
You have a quiet professional remote work setup with a reliable internet connection
