Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Privacy PMO / Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and coordinate data privacy initiatives within the Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving privacyrelated issues ensuring compliance with the Data Privacy (DPRIV) policy and providing strategic insights through analysis and documentation. This role requires strong project management skills business analysis expertise and an indepth understanding of data privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Governance:
- Lead and coordinate WPB Data Privacy initiatives ensuring timely resolution of MSIIs (Material Systemic Internal Issues).
- Develop and maintain project management artifacts to track progress risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance frameworks related to Data Privacy.
- Engage with stakeholders across WPB IT Legal Compliance Risk and Security to drive privacyrelated projects.
- Provide status reports dashboards and executive summaries to senior management.
Data Privacy Analysis & Compliance:
- Conduct indepth system and issuebased analysis to identify data privacy risks and gaps.
- Assess compliance with DPRIV policies and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with technical and business teams to implement privacy controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data privacy governance and processes.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain detailed analysis documents covering systemspecific and issuebased privacy concerns.
- Produce regulatory and compliancerelated reports to support audits and assessments.
- Maintain project documentation risk logs and remediation plans for WPB DPRIV initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in Project Management Business Analysis or PMO preferably within banking financial services or regulatory compliance domains.
- Strong understanding of Data Privacy regulations (GDPR CCPA DPDP etc. and industry best practices.
- Experience in analyzing IT systems and business processes to identify privacy risks.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (JIRA Confluence MS Project etc. and documentation frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decisionmaking.
- Experience in risk assessment compliance and regulatory reporting.
