Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Staff Distributed Systems Engineer (Metalayer) to join our team.
Responsibilties:
Help architect the caldera Metalayer a highperformance stackagnostic blockchain interop solution.
Develop our reference relayer/solver using languages like Go Rust and Solidity.
Write efficient and secure EVM smart contracts in solidity.
Drive the technical direction establish roadmaps communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Requirements
5 years of engineering experience including at least 2 years of experience developing highavailability distributed systems.
Deep knowledge of Go Rust or similar languages
Built complex Ethereum dapps with Solidity or Yul
Comfortable building systems that secure user s funds
Love writing fast welloptimized welltested clean code
Confident with performance optimization identifying bottlenecks and scalability concerns.
