Permanent Position: Claims Specialist Company Overview: Thestartpartners is a leading provider of insurance solutions for individuals and businesses. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Claims Specialist to join our team. Job Summary: As a Claims Specialist you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims for our clients. This role requires a high level of organization attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our clients insurance providers and other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims. Key Responsibilities: Receive and review insurance claims from clients Verify coverage and determine the validity of claims Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation Collaborate with insurance providers to process claims and resolve any issues Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims Provide updates and communicate with clients on the status of their claims Identify and escalate any potential fraudulent claims Assist with the development and implementation of claims processing procedures Stay uptodate on industry regulations and changes in insurance policies Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing or insurance industry Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims processing software Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive health dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and training opportunities We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
