Job Description
As we continue to grow in Cyprus we are looking for a Campaign & Activation Specialist to support our local operations. In this role you will focus on partner activation and operational optimizasion ensuring our partners have the tools and support they need to succeed on our platform.
This is not a traditional marketing role. Instead you will help implement processes and systems that drive partner engagement optimise campaign performance and contribute to the overall growth of our platform.
DaytoDay Responsibilities:
Campaign Implementation: Assist with the setup and management of campaigns that enhance partner visibility and user engagement.
Process Optimisation: Drive revenue growth and improve user experience through the Wolt discovery page including campaign visibility.
Data Analysis: Use analytics to monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams across Wolt to ensure the successful of campaigns and projects.
Qualifications :
- DetailOriented Mindset: A knack for ensuring nothing falls through the cracks whether managing data or optimising processes.
- Creative Contribution: An interest in creative problemsolving and finding innovative ways to increase user engagement.
- DataDriven Approach: Ability to work with insights to refine campaigns and improve activation processes.
- Proactive and Collaborative: A selfstarter who thrives in a teamoriented dynamic environment.
- Relevant Experience: Some prior experience or strong interest in marketing or campaign is a plus.
- Language skills: Greek and English
