Intuitive Surgical Inc. is widely considered the most exciting medical device company in the world today. Surgeons worldwide are changing the way surgery is performed by utilizing our robotic surgical device the da Vinci Surgical System to enhance their surgical precision and greatly improve patient benefits. We have attracted some of the best and brightest on our team and now we are seeking a da Vinci Senior Clinical Sales Manager to support field efforts to maximize the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical System.
This position has responsibility and authority for:
- Work with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Director in developing a sales plan tailored to your local market with team members
- Directing the utilization of the da Vinci by managing clinical and system support with OR case procedures hiring training and development of team base on leadership expectation
- Providing direction at symposiums exhibitions and market development events
- Effectively integrating the da Vinci at new customer sites by implementing robotic programs to insure ongoing commitment to the system (i.e. Genesis)
- Conducting da Vinci system training for surgeons and hospital staff
- Delivering of inservice and onsite training to specific levels of surgical team
- Providing mentorship and onboarding support to new hires
- Responsibility with key accounts
- Responsibly managing administrative tasks; submission of expense reports deliver billing and invoices directly to hospital work with Accounting team to reconcile invoices and ensure billing accuracy against orders deliver instruments
- Partnering with capital team to resolve customer issues related to contracts and services
Qualifications :
Skill/Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Over 10 years of work experience(including at least 5years in health care industry)
- Proven track record in quota bearing sales function preferably with a surgical device company (Knowledge of the Operating Room is preferred)
- Life science background or have a clinical foundation to grow from is preferred
- Success in introducing new surgical technologies to health care environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50 or to work at regional area dependent upon account distribution
- Strong background in selling medical equipment
- Previous record of managing and directing a sales force in the medical device industry
- Computer literate
- Remote field management Implementation of sales process platform and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both the Korean and English command
