Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and maintain the highest standards of hospitality whilst helping to deliver the beloved Locatelli brand and help ensure this opening is one to remember.
Salary: 55000 per year
Working 5 days over 7
Gallery opening hours are 106 excluding Fridays that will be 109.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring exceptional service in a highvolume environment.
- Lead train and motivate a large team to deliver a worldclass guest experience.
- Maintain and improve service standards while driving efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.
- Manage staffing levels rotas and recruitment to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback professionally maintaining a strong brand reputation.
- Monitor financial performance including sales targets cost control and P&L analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with health safety and licensing regulations.
- Drive marketing initiatives and partnerships to enhance visibility and footfall.
- Represent both Searcys and Locatelli with pride and positivity.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a highend highvolume venue.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.
- A handson leadbyexample management style.
- Knowledge of Londons hospitality scene and tourist market is a plus.
