You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLead Marketing Content & Campaigns: Manage the of marketing content and campaigns for Bosch Accessories across key platforms including the B2B portal and Bosch EShop. Ensure alignment with Boschs overall marketing strategy and consistency across digital touchpoints.
Own KPIs & Optimize User Journey: Define and track KPIs to measure campaign success and optimize the user journey for retailers on the B2B portal. Focus on improving user experience engagement and brand awareness.
Drive Conversion & Sales Growth: Strategically enhance conversion rates and drive sales by analyzing user behavior running A/B tests and adjusting content to better meet audience needs.
Continuous Testing & Content Adjustment: Regularly test and adapt content based on insights and user feedback ensuring continuous improvement of user experience and campaign performance.
Integrate ODP into B2B Portal: Oversee the integration of the Online Dealer Package (ODP) into the B2B portal and other Bosch platforms to enhance dealer engagement.
Optimize own platformed touchpoints: Leverage online expertise touchpoints such as newsletters and social media channels toexecute our strategy and maximise our marketing objectives
Provide Tools Training & KPI Support: Offer necessary tools training and guidance along with key performance data to ensure the successful implementation of marketing content across these platforms.
Enhance User Journey Features: Develop and implement features designed to improve the user journey and drive sales ensuring a seamless experience for retailers.
Collaborate on B2B and B2C Strategies: Work closely with other business units to align and create an integrated marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Collaborate with Edealer Touchpoint Owner: Act as a reliable partner to the Touchpoint Owner Edealer ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with overall objectives
Qualifications :
Educational Background: Relevant degree in business marketing management or a related field is preferred.
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations and English (both written and verbal).
Experience in project management and brand expertise.
Knowledge of product portfolio management and concept development.
Strong analytical skills in data & research interpretation.
Understanding of sales & distribution mechanisms.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Proficient in stakeholder management.
Analytical thinking and problemsolving mindset.
