Business Development Executive Apprenticeships

Location: Remote / Flexible

Contract: Freelance / Contractbased

Hours: Flexible working

About the Role

LT Selection is proud to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of a fantastic training provider with a strong employerfocused approach. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to promote and expand apprenticeship programmes building employer relationships and increasing student numbers.

This flexible contract role offers the opportunity to drive employer engagement and create apprenticeship opportunities across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Promote apprenticeships to new and existing employers via meetings calls emails and networking

Secure apprenticeship employment opportunities through effective employer engagement

Manage Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) registrations for employers

Conduct Health & Safety vetting on employer sites and collect required documentation

Educate employers on apprenticeship funding OfftheJob training and compliance requirements

Source and screen apprenticeship candidates to ensure suitability for roles

Manage learner induction processes to ensure eligibility and smooth onboarding

Attend careers fairs events and exhibitions to promote apprenticeship programmes

Maintain and update CRM/databases with employer and learner interactions

Meet KPI targets related to employer engagement and learner recruitment

Promote the brand across social media and professional networks

Support business growth across multiple sectors and locations

Uphold safeguarding duties and compliance with college regulations

About You

Essential

Strong sales marketing and employer engagement experience

Excellent communication negotiation and organisational skills

Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently

Strong IT and database management skills

Experience managing apprenticeship recruitment

Desirable

Understanding of apprenticeship funding and compliance

Experience working with multiple apprenticeship sectors

Creative adaptable and keen to develop professionally
