Job Description
As our Clients Sales Support Specialist you ll be at the forefront of our ecommerce revolution managing our extensive product database and supporting our sales team. This dynamic role combines data management research and sales support offering a perfect blend of analytical and customerfocused tasks. You ll have the opportunity to build extensive product knowledge contribute to our digital expansion and potentially grow into a fulltime position with expanded responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Manage and update our product database in Excel including renaming products to follow specific conventions
- Conduct research to standardize product information sizes and specifications
- Curate and organize product photos for our ecommerce listings
- Support our sales team by generating accurate quotes for client meetings
- Interpret customer orders matching informal product names with our official listings
- Assist in inventory management and updates
- Prepare and format data for our Shopify platform supporting our ecommerce expansion
- Analyze and process daily orders received via SMS translating customer terminology into actual product names
- Contribute to the development of our CRM system as we implement it in the future
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and strong data management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Basic analytical skills for interpreting customer orders and product information
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management
- Quick learner with the ability to rapidly build and retain product knowledge
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with online research and information gathering
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (especially Shopify) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and growing responsibilities
