Job Description

The Customer Care Specialist within the Aftersales Department is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to all vehicle owners by responding promptly to their postsales requests and offering efficient solutions. The role requires strong communication skills empathy and technical expertise in the automotive sector to address customer issues ensuring their satisfaction and continuous improvement of service processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints related to aftersales services including maintenance repairs and spare parts.
  • Provide information on products technical features and company policies related to aftersales service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical support workshops parts suppliers) to ensure rapid resolution of issues and optimal management of requests.
  • Monitor and manage followups with customers to ensure satisfaction with the services received.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to gather feedback on vehicles and suggest improvements to services offered.
  • Handle communications via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update the CRM system with detailed information on each customer case and the status of requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Customer Care processes and contribute to the continuous training of colleagues.
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of the companys products and services including warranty programs promotions and service policies.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a customer support or inspection role in the automotive sector preferably in a quality control logistics or PDI environment.
  • Education: A Bachelors degree or a relevant technical certification is a plus with a focus on automotive logistics or engineering fields.
  • Languages: Excellent written and spoken skills in Italian and English. Knowledge of Chinese or other European languages is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in using light machinery power tools and Excel for data tracking and reporting. Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and an ITdriven approach to logistics.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster effective relationships across departments and with various service providers. High attention to detail problemsolving mindset and resilience under stress especially in highpressure situations.
  • Mindset: Innovative proactive and processfocused with a strong interest in continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. Strong sense of responsibility and task ownership ensuring all processes are carried out to the highest standards and deadlines are met.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license is required for onsite inspections and travel between complexes and service locations.
