Tasks
As Sales Manager Accountant Partnerships (Flanders) youll work closely with Marketing Product and our accountant partners to grow Accountables presence in Belgium. Your mission: identify engage and convert accountants into active partners helping them serve selfemployed professionals more efficiently with our platform.
This is your chance to build and scale a highimpact business line from the ground up. Youll drive revenue growth by signing new partners deepening relationships and ensuring accountants actively recommend Accountable. Working alongside senior leaders in a fastgrowing startup youll gain firsthand experience in scaling a successful venture across Europe.

- Proactively prospect pitch and close new accountant partnerships in Flanders through outreach networking and industry events.
- Deepen relationships with existing partners increase their engagement and drive conversions by showcasing the financial and operational benefits of Accountables platform.
- Go to events organise gatherings and advocate the benefits of our Accountant partnership program.
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to optimize performance.
- Increasing recognition as the best way for accountants to handle sole traders.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing Business or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated Sales experience
- A good listener: You understand what accountants care about. Efficient workflows compliance and delivering great service to their clients. Your mission Show them how Accountable can make their work easier while growing their business.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
- You enjoy taking responsibility make independent decisions and have a proactive and transparent work style.
- You are an excellent communicator and possess strong negotiation skills.
- You are outgoing and not afraid to reach out to potential affiliates.
- You are passionate about using technology to simplify the lives of 4 million selfemployed individuals in Belgium.
- You have a strong drive to further develop yourself.
